Upgrading from Previous Versions

At Partial Audio, we are dedicated to constantly improve our devices and adding new features. All future updates will be free to existing customers.

Additionally, here are a few notes for customers who bought older devices.

MIDI Matrix Users

If you are an owner of MIDI Matrix, you get the Partial Audio sequencer bundle for free. Just check your downloads section in Gumroad (Or Lemon Squeezy, depending on where you bought the device), and you will find downloads for the sequencer bundle containing Eden and Loom.

Users who got Loom before September 2023

If you bought Loom before Eden was introduced in August 2023, you are eligible for a free upgrade to the sequencer bundle. Check your Gumroad (or Lemon Squeezy) account.
